Shipping & Returns

Truck Deliveries

Truck deliveries can be made for local deliveries. Local deliveries would be within a 25 mile radius of our warehouse. There is 100 dollar minimum order for local deliveries.  Any order placed from an address that is over a 25 mile radius will be shipped via UPS.

UPS & USPS Deliveries

Esh Foods LLC offers UPS & USPS standard and heavyweight delivery service for your convenience. Orders will be shipped weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Freight for all items shipped UPS & USPS will be paid by the customer. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or MAC/Debit cards may be used for these orders. Because we cannot control the temperature factors during shipment, we cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged due to melting or freezing during UPS & USPS shipment.

Pick-Up Orders

Orders may be picked up at our warehouse between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.  Orders will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays and will be ready to be picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is no minimum for pick up orders.

Order will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays and will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Out of Stock Items

We will try to fill 100% of your order; however there may be circumstances, out of our control, that would prevent us from doing so.  Any item that was not fulfilled will be placed on back order and shipped on one of the aforementioned shipping days.

Returns

Please observe the following procedures for returns:

  • All returns should be routed through our credit department. Please call (717) 768-8542 ext.12 with any returns issues prior to returning the products.  Our drivers will not have authorization to bring back any items that have not gone through our credit procedures. Esh Foods LLC will not be held responsible for return postage for products that have not gone through our credit procedures.
  • All delivery discrepancies and returns must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The customers must have original invoice/document number to receive credit.
  • No deductions may be made from your invoice at the time of delivery.
  • All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Products and their original cartons must be clean and free from all markings.
  • We guarantee that all merchandise is fresh when shipped from our warehouse.
  • We will promptly rectify any errors that we are responsible for.
